Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how Air (“we”, “us”), the operator of Agentix Hotel, refunds subscription payments and how cancelling works. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it limits any right you have under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, including the Consumer Protection Law.

1. What this policy covers

It covers the fees you pay us for a Agentix Hotel subscription. It does not cover payments your own guests make to you (room bookings, deposits, room service) — those are between you and your guest, under your own terms.

2. Plans, prices and the free trial

• Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
• Prices are in Omani Rial and include any applicable VAT. The price you see is the price your card is charged:

Each payment buys one period — a month or a year — and comes with an invoice in Plan & Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel or switch auto-renew off; we email you before an annual renewal.

3. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing → Cancel subscription. No notice period, no fee, no call required.
• Cancelling means no further charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the studio locks for 7 days (your booking site stays live), then the account suspends.
• Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Resubscribing picks up exactly where you left off, as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

4. Refunds we give automatically

These are granted the moment you ask for them in Plan & Billing, next to the invoice — no justification needed:

• Your first payment — refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. Once per account.
• An annual renewal — refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.

A refund ends your subscription immediately: the studio locks, the account suspends 7 days later unless you choose a plan again, and a credit note is issued against the invoice. Your data is kept as described in section 3.

5. Ending early after the 14 days

If your payment is more than 14 days old and you no longer want the service, you have two choices for the period you have paid for:

• Keep your access until the period ends, at no further charge (this is what cancelling does); or
• End now and be refunded the unused whole days, less an administrative deduction of 3% of the unused amount — the maximum permitted by Article 20 of the Executive Regulation of Oman's Consumer Protection Law. The exact figure is shown before you confirm.

Days already used are not refundable, nor are unused AI actions or other plan quota, account credit (which is spent against future charges and never paid out), or an upgrade charge (whose unused part is credited automatically if you change plan again).

6. Billing errors, duplicate charges and service defects

• If we charge you twice, charge the wrong amount, or charge you after you cancelled, we refund the error in full, whenever you tell us.
• Software services carry a statutory warranty of at least three months. If a feature you pay for does not work as described and we cannot put it right within a reasonable time after you report it, we refund the affected period.
• If we discontinue Agentix Hotel, you receive a pro-rata refund of the unused part of any period you have paid for.

Ask us from Plan & Billing → Ask about a refund or by email; we answer within two business days.

7. Changing plan

• Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused remainder of your current period is credited and you pay only the difference.
• Downgrades take effect when your current period ends; you keep what you paid for until then, and nothing is refunded.

8. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment provider Thawani (Thawani Technologies, Oman). They usually appear on a statement within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank. If the card has since been closed, contact your bank — the funds are still returned to the account behind it.
• A payment made from account credit is returned to your account credit.
• Refunds are in Omani Rial. Any VAT included in the payment is refunded proportionally, and a numbered credit note is issued against the original invoice — you will find it in Plan & Billing and by email.

9. Failed payments, locking and suspension

If a renewal payment fails we retry over a few days and email you each time. Your studio stays open during those attempts; if payment still cannot be taken, the studio locks for 7 days while your booking site stays live, and the account then suspends. Nothing is deleted at any of these steps.

10. Disputes with your bank

Please contact us before opening a card dispute (chargeback) — every case in this policy is resolved faster by asking us directly. A dispute opened without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended while it is investigated.

11. Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and never removes, the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree 66/2014) and its Executive Regulation. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply from the next period you pay for, never to a payment already made, and are announced in the Service or by email.
